課堂經歷

This is a gymnastics class for young kids who want to learn some simple skills. In this class, we will cover learning how to forward roll, cartwheel, handstand, and basic balancing skills. This class is structured like an introductory gymnastics class in a gym would be, we will start with a warm-up, then some stretching, and then we will get right into learning some fun new skills! Students will need an open area and be willing to interact for the entire thirty-five minutes each week. Absolutely no experience is necessary! We will work on learning forward rolls, jumps, handstands, cartwheels, and balancing skills. Below is a list of the topics that we will cover, so these may change as this class is learner dictated and we will progress forward in are learning as the students are ready.

父母的引導和規範
This course is taught by a level 10 gymnast who has been doing gymnastics for 16 years and taught many in-person classes. Make sure that your child has plenty of room to jump, roll, and flip. I also suggest bringing a water bottle but not required.
