分數實際應用（加法/減法）

Students will learn how to add and subtract fractions that have the same and different denominators. The students will first learn/review the essential vocabulary words that they will hear and use, when adding and subtracting fractions. The class will include, a slide show, drawn examples, printed examples, a short video and more. A variety of teaching materials will be used, in order to reach every student of their particular level. This content is usually taught and introduced in 4th Grade, when fractions have like denominators and in 5th Grade students usually move to adding and subtracting fractions that have different denominators. 

This class will be interactive. Students will need to have a dry erase board and marker, during the class. (Pencil and paper will work as well.) We will also use a powerpoint as another way to check for understanding and review the learned material.

Reminder: This class is designed for students that are familiar with the basics of fractions or students that may be having a difficult time with comprehending the concepts with adding and subtracting fractions. Students ARE required to have some background knowledge of fractions, otherwise, this class will be difficult for them to comprehend. I would recommend that learners that would like an introduction to fractions, take the class listed as , "Fractions Are A Piece of Cake".
