A Pilates mat (it is thicker) or a yoga mat (thinner) is recommended. This will help protect the back when we do floor exercises Weights are not needed but are welcomed if one would like to utilize weights. I recommend weights no more than 10 pounds or 4.5 kilos. Water is needed for proper hydration.
