Gross Motor Skills, coordination & basic aerobic movement designed to engage little ones. Palersizers learn Positivity, Creativity, Healthy Habits, as well as experience FUN, Fitness and Friendship! Other adventures include: Learn to think Happy thoughts, Get Rid of the Yukkies and 3 Deep Breaths when you feel mad, sad or frustrated! Palersizers also learn: Pal Manners, Pal Language & Pal Imagination: Think, Bink, Wink to turn on your imagination to go on exercise...
Coordination, balance, eating healthy, love your body, be happy, & basic aerobic movements that result in body awareness! Pal Manners, Pal Language (Have a Palriffic Day) & engaging the Pal Imagination (Think, Bink, Wink) are a key part of Palersize. Each themed routine offers different specifics of fitness, Body, Mind and Spirit! Palersize at an early age, instills a belief that exercise is FUN, resulting in wanting to exercise for the rest of their lives! : ) Most important, Palersize instills Confidence in a noncompetitive arena.
A Hat of some kind
3 year olds commonly watch the first class or two before Palticipating. It is their way of learning : ) and its ALL good! They jump in when ready. It's part of the process. It's Paldorable! Children 3-5 should not be left alone while taking Palersize. This age group can be prone to injury, especially in a living environment. Please remain close by for assistance if need be. Also, Please let them explore their own way of movement. Time is their best friend! The more they Palersize, the more they discover how to do the movement on their own : )
