初級法語影片、詞彙和口語...4 週的歌曲！

For this 4-week French class, beginner students will meet for an interactive and fun Youtube video, accompanying vocabulary and speaking practice.  **No previous French study is necessary. Although, students who have taken French classes before are welcome because we will learn lots of varied vocabulary.    We will learn the vocabulary in the song ie- a deer, shaking hands, a pizza, white, black, mushrooms etc.  and practice asking and answering questions about it.  The four weeks are chosen to give students an understanding of basic structures like saying "I like and I don't like"  "I am and I am not" as well as identify some simple vocabulary about animals, foods, colors and preferences.  
  
Each meeting will be structured as followed: 
1- Learn and review important vocabulary 
2-Watch a short (1-3 minute ) video or clip in French. 
3-Discuss the video, answer questions about it in French and practice conversations surrounding the theme of the video.  

The Weeks will be as follows: 
-Week 1:  Dans Sa Maison Un Grand Cerf (vocabulary- une maison, petit, grand,  un cerf, un lapin, un chasseur, entrer, regarder, serrrer les mains) 
-Week 2:  Alouette, Gentil, Alouette (vocabulary- gentil, méchant, un oiseau, la tête, le cou, le dos, qu'est-ce que c'est?  )  
-Week 3:  Arc En Ciel (vocabulary- les couleurs, le chocolat chaud, le café, j'aime boire/je n'aime pas boire)
-Week 4:  Je Suis Une Pizza (Vocabulary- la pizza, j'aime, je n'aime pas, les tomates, le fromage, les champignons, les oignons, je suis/je ne  suis pas)

 I have had years of teaching age-appropriate videos to beginner French students and know that the visuals and lyrics of a children's Youtube video is one of the best ways to learn new vocabulary in French!
