課堂經歷

Learners will get an introduction to the basics of cheerleading. Learners will also get to create their own cheer materials as well as build the bond of becoming a team together. 

Though this we will learn the basics of cheerleading, this camp primarily give the learners a chance to have fun while cheerleading. This class is best for beginning and intermediate cheerleaders who want to have a good time and brush up on skills. 
I love cheerleading! As seen in the class image, I was a cheerleader in elementary school, high school, and college. 
DIY Cheer Uniform Supplies:
A plain white t-shirt
Fabric paint and/or fabric markers
T-shirt stencils (optional) 
Scissors (optional) 

Learners will need to purchase or make their own pom poms. Poms will be needed before the first class. 
DIY Pom Pom Supplies:
32 tissue paper sheets  (in colors of choice) 
12" ruler       
Masking tape   
Colored Electrical tape   
Sharp Scissors                  
2 Binder Clips                      
A Pen
2 Toilet Paper Rolls

Students will probably need parent assistance when making pom pom. 

Athletic pants or shorts and athletic shoes or socks with grips should be worn for each class. 

Please make sure that learners have plenty of space to move around safely. Students will be conditioning (working out) and stretching in an age appropriate and low impact manner. Students will need to wear athletic shoes or socks with grips. They will also need water for each session.
