When I feel inspired, I jump for joy, twirl and dance, dance, dance. In this class we will inspire each other with our own original dance moves. Take this class as many times as you like as it will be a little different every time! First I will play some music from The Nutcracker for a free-style warm up. Meredith Berlin has performed as a dancer on stages from New York City to Seattle, WA. She has formal dance training as well as training and experience in choreography and improvisation. This class is appropriate for all levels. Please keep in mind that we will be jumping and dancing and be sure your learner has adequate space, comfortable clothing and access to water if they wish to hydrate. Thank You!
No materials are required, however it is important to be aware that we will be jumping and moving, so learners should be wearing clothes that are comfortable to move in and have adequate space to move safely. It can also be helpful to have a water bottle or other source of water nearby.
