Palersize Adventures in Fitness Routines consists of *Gross Motor Skills, coordination & basic aerobic movement designed to engage little ones. Children 3-5 should not be left alone while taking Palersize. This age group can be prone to injury, especially in a living environment. Please remain close by for assistance if need be. Also, Please let them explore their own way of movement. Time is their best friend! The more they Palersize, the more they discover how to do the movement on their own : )
One to three hula hoops ( which will represent Mayflower ships) *A stuffed animal turkey or something that represents the Thanksgiving theme ( *OPTIONAL ) I will be using a BIG stuffed animal turkey. They can walk towards the zoom screen, as in walking forward & back to My turkey. In that case, they do not need to use a stuffed animal of their own.
3 year olds commonly watch the first class or two before Palticipating. It is their way of learning : ) and its ALL good! They jump in when ready. It's part of the process. It's Paldorable!
