Kyle and the gang are back!  This time Mr Lemoncello has created a Library Olympics! But something suspicious is going on, some of the library books are missing! As well as figuring out mind boggling challenges can Kyle and his friends solve this mystery? Who will the champion be??

Sequel to the New York Times Bestseller, this novel is entertaining, humorous and filled with mind bending puzzles! This class will have a reading assignment each week which will be around 30 pages, learners will need their own copy of the book 'Mr. Lemoncello’s Library Olympics' by Chris Grabenstein, this is book 2 in the series. Learners will need their own copy, please read up to Chapter 11 for the first class.

Learners will meet once a week to engage with the text in a series of fun activities which will include escape rooms, class discussion, a weekly escape room related to the week's chapters and a compare and contrast essay.

Week 1 - Chapters 1-11 , escape room on assigned chapters 
Week 2 - Chapters 12 - 20, escape room on assigned chapters 
Week 3 - Chapters 21 - 29,  Presentation on how to write a compare and contrast essay. Homework:
Write an essay to compare and contrast the characters of Charles Chiltington	and	Kyle	Keeley. Class Kahoot! on chapters read.
Week 4 - Chapters 30 - 41, presentation of essay and Kahoot! quiz.
Week 5 - Chapters 42 - END, escape room on assigned chapters
Week 6 - No reading, final escape room on the whole book!
