Throughout our sessions, students will delve into various math topics. From mastering basic numeracy skills to exploring geometric shapes and patterns, every lesson is tailored to nurture curiosity, critical thinking, and mathematical fluency.

🧮 Counting and Skip Counting: Through fun counting games and activities, students will strengthen their counting skills, from counting 0 to 100 by ones and tens, and skip counting by 2s, 5s, and 10s.

🧮 Addition and Subtraction within 10: Students will develop a solid understanding of addition and subtraction within 10 using hands-on tools, visual aids, and interactive games, helping them build fluency in simple math operations.

🧮 Decompose Teen Numbers: Students will learn to break down teen numbers (11-19) into tens and ones, laying the groundwork for future mathematical operations.

🧮 Comparing Numbers: Using engaging games and visual aids, students will practice comparing numbers from 1 to 20 using terms like "greater than," "less than," and "equal to," developing a strong grasp of numerical relationships.

🧮 Measurement Exploration: Students will explore non-standard measurement using blocks, as well as basic concepts of length and weight, including comparing and ordering objects by size. They will also explore time concepts (e.g., hours and half-hours) and use appropriate tools for measuring lengths and weight.

🧮 Geometry Adventures: Students will explore and identify basic 2-D shapes (e.g., circle, square, triangle, rectangle) and 3-D shapes (e.g., cube, sphere, cone), describing their attributes (e.g., sides, angles). They will also learn to compare shapes and classify them by their properties.

🧮 Place Value Puzzles: Through hands-on manipulatives and interactive exercises, students will deepen their understanding of place value, focusing on tens and ones, and recognizing that numbers are made up of tens and ones.

🧮 Pattern Recognition: Students will sharpen their pattern recognition skills by identifying, extending, and creating patterns using shapes, colors, and numbers. They will also explore simple AB, ABC, and AAB patterns.
