週あたり 1-2 時間. After our sessions each week, learners will be asked to read 6 short chapters and complete an activity/discussion questions to go with the chapters read. Prior to our first session no reading needs to be completed. We will begin the story together. A detailed schedule is attached in the provided class file that I will attach to the classroom after our first session. I will also remind learners each week which chapters to read and what assignment to complete. *Please do not read ahead of our schedule so that we can all enjoy the story together.

The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane by Kate DiCamillo is the story of Edward Tulane, a china rabbit who becomes lost from the little girl who loves him. This heart-warming story of being lost and found again will quickly draw your child in and become one of their favorite stories.

During this 5-week course, learners will be asked to read 6 short chapters weekly and complete the week’s assigned activity that I will post each week in the classroom.

During our sessions, the teacher will help learners dive a little deeper into our story by leading them through discussions and activities related to the chapters read. Learners will also share their responses from the week's assigned activity.

This book club is a great opportunity for your child to sharpen their reading comprehension skills, make inferences, gain insight from others’ perspectives, and have a fun time reading an unforgettable story.

Class is appropriate for (𝐂𝐄𝐅𝐑: A2, B1, B2, C1, C2)

The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane is one of my favorite books. I read this story every year to my students when I taught in the classroom. Each year we would laugh and cry together as we would go on a journey with Edward. It would be my pleasure to share Edward’s journey with your child.
