-Please - be advised - this is a physical fitness class which requires an open workout space with a clear floor. Shoes are not recommended, but If you choose to wear them, make sure they are sturdy athletic shoes tied properly. I recommend socks only on carpet. I always recommend having water handy. Drink as needed throughout the class.
