Let's create a self care tool kit for anger! We'll learn to: create a calm point of focus name our peaceful spot take a quiet minute make a feeling box ask for help meditate breathe & more We'll talk about 6 different ways to give to ourselves which include: Movement Meditation Sound Nature Sharing & more And we'll go into the details of each to create a few powerful habits that we can rely on when the big sensations flow through us. How do we take care of ourselves and our surroundings when we feel angry? Let’s talk about what makes us angry and name solutions to tend to the Big Sensations that flow through us when we feel it. Anger teaches us about our boundaries and what is ok and not ok for us. It teaches us about what we want. We can decipher why we feel angry; we can listen to the small voice inside of us to find a solution, and we can engage in communication and negotiation to meet our needs. Let’s learn to take ourselves from, "I'm so mad I could burst!," to “I really want to have that right now.,” to “I'm going to bike. Can I do it later?”
