Week 1 - In this class we will discuss what a parasite is, and describe the differences between internal and external parasites. The teacher will share a list of some common canine parasites and learners will choose a parasite to research at home between classes. The teacher will then describe the project that learners will do at home after their research…. The “Most Wanted for Crimes Against Canines” poster / slide! 
This is where each learner will share some information about the parasite they researched and what these parasites do to the dog’s body. 

Week 2- On week 2 learners will share their posters/ slides with the class and teach us about what they now know about their “canine parasite criminal”. 

This class is best for learners with some background knowledge of canine veterinary care. 

This class can be taken over and over as each time the learner can pick a different parasite to research and share about and their classmates will be doing the same!
