Students will learn all about ADHD in a positive and affirming way through my fun and engaging short video lessons. At the end of each lesson, students will complete an optional hands-on project to reinforce what they have learned. I provide prompt encouraging personalized feedback to students' comments, questions and projects in the classroom. Let's get started on turning your ADHD into a superpower! My style is high energy and conversational. In other words, this class will be FUN! Please Note: This is an informational class based on my personal experiences as a person with ADHD and a mom/teacher to students with ADHD. I will share ideas and techniques that have worked well for me and my own family to help students re-frame their thinking about ADHD and turn it into a superpower. The class should not replace professional medical advice or therapy.
