This 30-minute, 1-on-1 coaching session is designed to develop essential executive function skills and build personalized systems that will empower your child to thrive in school.

What will be taught?

-Strategies to enhance executive function skills such as planning, time management, and task prioritization.
-Techniques for organizing school materials and assignments effectively.
-Personalized systems that cater to your child's specific learning style.


What topics will you cover?

-Goal setting and breaking down tasks into manageable steps.
-Creating effective to-do lists and schedules.
-Organizing binders, notebooks, and digital materials for easy access.
-Techniques for staying focused and avoiding procrastination.


How is your class structured?

Each session begins with a brief check-in to identify current challenges. Ms. AJ will then introduce a specific skill or strategy tailored to your child's needs. The session concludes with practical applications and a plan for implementing the new strategies in daily life.


How will you teach?

-Personalized 1-on-1 instruction with a focus on interactive and hands-on learning.
-Use of visual aids such as slides and diagrams to reinforce concepts.

My  teaching style is empathetic, supportive, and adaptive to each learner’s unique needs.
I strive to create a positive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable sharing their struggles and successes. I place a huge emphasis  on building confidence and self-advocacy skills.


How much will learners get to interact with you?

This is a highly interactive session with constant dialogue between the learner and myself.
Learners will engage in discussions, ask questions, and receive immediate feedback.
