Mythology People is a space to get even deeper into your obsession with myths from around the world. Many of you will be fans of Greek, Roman, Egyptian and Norse Mythologies. Maybe you can't stop reading the Percy Jackson books, and other Rick Riordan creations? 

Here you have a space to learn more with other people who are interested in the same stuff. And the brilliant thing about it being global is that we can learn from each other too - maybe we have some experts on Korean, Japanese, Igbo, Australian, Polynesian and Celtic Mythologies too? 

We are a group for World Mythology and we are the world mythologists!

"So what will we do?!", I hear you SHRIEKING like an enraged Valkyrie.

We will share myths and stories we have been discovering. We can share links to podcasts, and talk about books we've been reading. We will debate the big questions like "Why Is Loki So Annoying?", and "Who Would Win In A Fight Between Athena and Artemis?". We can share updates about the Ancient World, such as when archaeologists make new discoveries. We can share memes and jokes that we've created.

As well as sharing stuff, my main job here is as a Moderator, making sure that we are all feeling happy, safe and included. I’ll be checking in on things that are posted and joining in with your conversations.

You will be able to share and connect with the people in this world who share your interest in the world of Myths. In the class you can ask questions, debate, joke around and share your own creative projects. Write your own myths? Share! Perform a musical instrument? Share like Apollo! Like to act? Then let us be your theatre!

But the most important people in the group are you, Mythology People. This is a space for you to chat, make friends and dive deeper into the never-ending Tartarus pit of Mythology.

It is the perfect place for you to meet other young writers, thinkers and creators, and you can share your own stories, poems, artwork and videos here too.
