In this ongoing course we will have a  super hero themed workout each week.  This class is designed for young learners who like to exercise "super hero" style. Please make sure learners have a workout space, comfortable clothes and water nearby. In this class I'll ask questions like "Who's your favorite super hero?", "What super power would you want?", etc. I'll make sure I give each learner a chance to participate. During our exercises we will be listening to super hero themed music. 

****Parents please be advised if there is background noise that makes it hard for other learners to hear I will mute the learner. I want it to be a positive experience for all. 

**** I require 24 hours notice to transfer students to another section. No refund will be issued. If student is unable to attend class, please be sure to unsubscribe before Sunday afternoon prior to class.
