What will be taught? Students will learn about space exploration through a hands-on, project-based approach. They will explore various aspects of planning a space mission, including selecting a crew, astronaut training, packing for space, measuring distances between planets, calculating alien populations, and collecting and analyzing data from space exploration. How is your class structured? The class is structured over 6 weeks, with two 50-minute sessions each week, totaling 12 sessions. Each activity is spread over two classes to ensure thorough understanding and engagement. The entire class will work together on the project, with each student completing their own pages.
