Students will be asked to participate in class, by answering questions and asking their own during our lab-like setting that allows a virtual hands on experience with horses.Experiencia de clase

We will have a “lab” course to show and experiment with how horses respond to the following senses connected to their nervous system: Class one: EYES - Sight/body language Class two: SKIN - Touch/handling Class three: EARS - Sound Class four: NOSE - Smell We will also discuss how a horse’s herd nature and wild instincts as a prey animal develop their “language.”
Metas de aprendizaje
Students will learn how horses communicate and recognize the reactions of domesticated horses at a horse farm. They will learn how horses position their body, vocalize, react and “hear” others with all four senses.
