Experiencia de clase

Nivel de inglés: desconocido
Grado de EE. UU. 2
This will be a semester-long full curriculum 2nd-grade class that includes English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies. This class will utilize Nearpod in nearly every class. Nearpod is an excellent resource that will allow for lessons with interactive slides, videos, games, and more. For ELA and Math, I teach using the I do, we do, you do method. I will teach the mini-lesson, show examples, and allow students to practice individually. We will also utilize the whiteboard. Activities/worksheets will also be assigned as practice between classes. For Science, there will be mini-lessons, occasional hands-on activities, and science journals. Social Studies will have a combination of interactive lessons, worksheets, and hands-on activities. Students will have access to Zearn and Lalilo for practice in math and reading. A login will be issued after enrollment. A mid-semester progress report will be issued in addition to an end-of-semester report card depending on assignments turned in. A fun certificate of completion will also be issued to each learner at the end of the semester!
