This one time yoga class is for beginners and everyone else. Yogis of all levels are welcome to join. You will learn about the benefits of yoga, breathing exercises (pranayama), movement (asana) and meditation.

Do you want to live a healthy life? Do you want to feel calm and happy most of the time? Do you want to be mindful? Join this class! This class will help you build a strong foundation to a home yoga practice that will help you in calming your nervous system, managing emotions, reducing stress and anxiety as living a happier and healthier life. The literal meaning of yoga is "to yoke" which comes from the term "yuj" which means to join, integrate or harness. In this class we will learn how to join our mind and bodies in a way that will help you be more mindful and calm.

Yogis will learn how to practice different breathing (pranayama) exercises.

All learners are welcome to join.
Parental Guidance
If a yogi has an injury, they will need to modify and do not do any breathing exercises or movements that would cause any harm.
Space is needed to move our bodies and stretch.
Water is recommended.
Supply List
Yogis should have a yoga mat or material that will not make them slip (non-slip). Water is recommended. Space is needed to move and stretch out bodies.
