What short story can you create from SURPRISE word prompts? Amaze yourself and your classmates when you join our club for fun creative writing class challenges, where students create 1-paragraph story shorts from 3-word challenge prompts. How does it work? 1. Catch our 3 Challenge Words (teacher reveals words) 2. Define Dash (teacher tests basic knowledge w/ rapid define round) 3. WriteNow! Time (use Challenge Words to write a 1-paragraph short story w/in 15 minutes) 4. Dare to Share (students reveal their creative stories + get student/teacher feedback) Come back for brand new prompts each creative writing Club session to build vocabulary, boost critical thinking, advance comprehension, and create educational memories with student peers (weekly sessions on 1-3rd Tuesdays). CLUB REQUIREMENT Students must already know how to write complete sentences and be able to write 5-9 sentences within 15 minutes in order to benefit from these creative writing sessions.
