Join us for this series where we'll get our wiggles out with a yoga follow-along story! We'll work on yoga poses, breathing techniques and even a relaxation! Parents can either attend on screen with their child or be in the room/nearby
Class experience
This offering is designed to help parents and kids infuse some Kinderyoga® fun into their child's day. We know how stressful it can be to plan fun things to do with kids at home! So, let's move and groove together - the Kinderyoga® way! Each class will include yoga, breathing and even mindfulness for the little ones. Come join us!
We'll do fun poses and tell yoga stories. Come join us! After each class, the children will be provided with a video of the class to continue to have fun and get their wiggles out at home.
