Students will be led in a weekly discussion based on the topic, learn a new social skill, and practice the learned skill amongst their peers. Students will be coached along the way to assist in the correct delivery of each skill. This is an 8-week class with one meeting each week. Each class will introduce a new skill. Students are expected to enter the session ready to participate while being kind and courteous to others. All cameras shall remain on as most skills require students to read nonverbal communication cues.

Introducing Yourself to Others
This lesson will focus on assisting learners to develop social skills and confidence in meeting new people. Learners will learn how to introduce themselves confidently and engage in conversations with others. Through fun activities and role-playing, they will practice greetings, asking questions, and finding common interests, helping them feel more comfortable and connected in social settings.

Lesson 2:
Accepting Rejection
In this lesson, learners will learn how to handle rejection and disappointment gracefully. Through interactive activities and discussions, they will understand that rejection is a normal part of life and doesn't define their worth. They will learn coping strategies and positive ways to respond when they hear "no" or face rejection.

Lesson 3:
Building Good Habits
In this lesson focuses we will focus on the importance of forming positive habits early in life. Through engaging exercises and examples, learners will learn about different types of habits and how they impact their daily lives. They will explore techniques for establishing and maintaining good habits, such as setting goals, creating routines, and staying motivated.

Lesson 4:
Conflict Resolution
This lesson focuses on teaching learners constructive ways to resolve conflicts and disagreements with others. Learners will learn about the different types of conflicts and their causes. They will explore effective communication techniques, such as active listening and assertive expression, to understand others' perspectives and express their own thoughts and feelings calmly and respectfully.
