If your child enjoyed the movie Encanto then they will love this class! During this class, young learners will be introduced to American Sign Language. There is no experience required to join! Our main focus will be learning the vocabulary words family, house, magic, superpower and music in American Sign Language. The vocabulary taught will be reinforced through discussions and music. My teaching style is very interactive, positive and hands on! ASL has been proven to improve language development, reading, memory, and tactile skills in children who study it. This class serves as an introduction to ASL, and make your child excited to learn more signs! Structure: 1. Introductions (5 minutes) 2. Live instruction- learning our sign vocabulary, interactive discussions and singing (15 minutes) 3. Dance party to review signs learned in class (5 minutes) I am looking forward to learning, laughing, and signing with your children soon! **Please make sure your learned has a safe space to move their body for the dancing portion of the class.**

Thank you for your interest in my classes! My family is about to welcome a new member, as we are expecting a baby at the beginning of September! As we prepare for this joyous moment, I wanted to inform you that my classes will be on pause during this time.
Starting from the last week of August, there will be a temporary break in my classes to allow me to focus on the arrival of our new baby and ensure that my family receives the care and attention they need during this special time.

ABOUT ME
I am a mom of two--my older daughter Hope is four and my younger daughter Grace is two. We love to sing and dance together, spend time at the playground, and build tents around the house! My favorite color is pink, I love dolphins, tacos and chocolate.
