1 hour per week. While participation is required in this course, that does not automatically constitute as the child having to sing. My goal for this course is to instill confidence in your child to sing where they are comfortable- whether that be outside of this course or within it. This being said, there are two small performances that the children will do. One is in the second class in this course, where the child is encouraged to perform their, "favorites song", to their parent/guardian. The other performance is at the end of the course when all children will be encouraged to sing, "Goodbye Friends", as a group. Should the child not sing one or both of these songs either to the class or a parent/guardian, I encourage parents to speak to me directly about that so we can see if any hurdles regarding confidence in singing, can be addressed.Certificate of Completion
This is the pre-requisite course and the certificate obtained will allow your child to attend the other "Sing" or "Vocal Music" courses I provide for ages 3-4.Class Experience
US Grade Preschool - 1
Beginner Level
Early Learning ages 3-4 years old. The main skills your child will learn from completing this course are: identifying musical interests; demonstrating musical concepts in different styles of music; and interpreting the meaning of music. This will begin your child’s vocal training by fostering confidence in their unique voice.
