Teacher expertise and credentials
Bachelor's Degree from GrandView University
Hello everyone! I teach ESL (English as Second Language). I taught for 6 years in S. Korea, I taught many different ages and levels. I also taught in Taiwan for 2 years, I taught elementary school and middle school. I have my 120 hour TESOL certification and I also have my B/A degree in Human Services. So, I'm constantly working with people and have always enjoyed that. As a teacher, I believe it's important to understand my student so I can teach them the best I can. I learn my student's learning style and then teach according to them. That means I have to adapt. Something fun about me is the fact that I when I laugh, I sometimes make odd sounds. That only means that I enjoy laughing (at the right time of course). I hope to meet you very soon.
