In this class we will use conversation and interaction to learn how to talk in the past tense in Spanish. The learning style I will use is speaking and asking questions to the learners and allowing them to respond in Spanish, providing help when needed. I will also have a google slides presentation so learners can see conjugations as we use them in conversation. This will help your learner be able to ask, understand, and respond to questions such as, "What did you do yesterday?" and "What did your brother do yesterday?" A basic knowledge/ foundation in Spanish, especially using the present tense, is recommended before taking this class, but not required. The following structure does not build upon each other, since it is practice using basic conversation. 
Class 1: 3/21- Preterite tense- Practice talking about what you and friends and family members did today and yesterday
Class 2: 3/28- Preterite tense- Practice talking about what you and friends and family members did last week/ last year
Class 3: 4/4- Imperfect tense- Practice talking about what you and friends and family members did in the past
Class 4: 4/10- Imperfect tense- Practice talking about what you and friends and family members did in the past
