Class experience
This is a social chess club for players of all skill-levels that already know how to play the game of chess. This class does not teach how to play chess but gives your child a chance to practice and build their skills. This is a learner directed class that will meet once a week. Any students that know how to play chess are welcome to join this chess club anytime! In the beginning of Chess club we will have a quick ice breaker to get to know everyone then we will break out into break out...
Your child will learn: 1. Failure leads to success: When you lose a game, you can learn from it and get the opportunity to grow and be better next time! 2. The love of the game 3. Strategies to help them improve their game 4. How to be a good sport
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
