In this semi private class, students will learn strategies and game plans in chess. Students must know basic chess terms like enpassant, castling, mate in 1 and rook roller mate in order to proceed with this level. #superstar

This class is for students who know the basics of the game of chess. This is to develop their skills further in the game and ensure that they can participate in a few tournaments. As we delve deeper into the game, we will learn how each piece is vital and moves. Apart from reading the board and predicting, students will focus on chapters that entail, in no particular order for these 10 weeks: 1. Chess middle game 2. The sacrifice 3. The deflection 4. The decoy 5. The pin 6. ...
Students will learn the double attack, elimination of defences, the 3 golden rules and defending against mate.
The teacher has participated in many tournaments and is an internationally rated player with peaked fide rating of 1484
