Class Experience

Goals are to educate students about planet Mars and its atmosphere. This class is intuitive and all students will interact and discuss their plans. I will present a power point with information about the planet.
I have been a teacher for over 15 years. I have taught every subject including Science. My students love this class because I make it fun and interactive. I make sure all learners are participating and are grasping the information learned.
Learners will need blocks (Legos or other building blocks) or clay (play-doh), worksheets or paper, and a pencil. Crayons and colored pencils are optional.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Towards the end of class students will have the opportunity to discuss their plans on how to build on mars and sustain life on the planet. The project is called "The First Martians on Mars" this will allow me to assess the students progress.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
