Class Experience

“For every minute spent in organizing, an hour is earned.” –Benjamin Franklin

In this live class, we will journey together through several of the available Google Workspace Apps that help today's learner get organized! After 20+ years teaching, it's clear to see that organized students thrive more than their peers. It has become my personal and professional mission to mentor everyone (adults, too!) in the life skill area of basic organization. Becoming organized helps learners gain time and confidence that leads to more success in their educational and personal journey. This is an introductory level class, taught by a Google Certified Educator, that briefly explores the topics list below. For a deeper dive & to learn even more, please register for a 1:1 Private Class -or- Exploring & Mastering Google Workspace Apps.

I look forward to seeing you in class soon! :) -Ms. C

Supply List
Learners need to have a Google account (personal or school) and Google Chrome Browser is preferred, since it works best with these resources.
External Resources
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Sources
ADULT EMAIL ADDRESSES: In order to teach a few of the basic benefits of Google Calendar & Keep, it would be helpful for the learner to have one or more trusted adults' email address. It doesn't have to be a Google Account; however, at least one Gmail address would show them some differences in creating and inviting others to appointments. In my advanced organizational class for Google Calendar, they will learn how to create calendars (activities, work, church, etc.) and share them with others, so you can see appointments and live changes.
