Manga readers can join but will have to abide by the rules of not spoiling anything to the anime viewers.** Welcome to the My Hero Academia Discussion Club! The objective of this discussion club is to allow learners, who share a passion in My Hero Academia, to express their thoughts, opinions, art work and more about the anime. Furthermore, as this is also a social club, learners will develop their communication and social skills as they discuss aspects about My Hero Academia. There are a range of topics that will be discussed in this class. This includes the following: - A discussion about each episode that comes out - MHA is currently airing as of 07/02/2021 (the date this class is listed) - A discussion about each character, their personalities, role in the story and overall development - A discussion about the quirk system as a whole; which quirks are overpowered, weak or well-balanced - A discussion about the plot of where the anime is at; where it's headed and how we expect it to end - A discussion about MHA trivia such as quizzies and looking at different art works Please note that what we discuss each week will be dependent on the learners and what they want to discuss for the next meeting. Also, during the start of each meeting, we will briefly discuss the new episode before going into whatever topic was planned. Below is a weekly breakdown of what each week will cover with dates: Week of 07/10/2021 - Topic: Discussing each character, favourite characters and favourite hero's/villains - This may go on for several weeks depending on how quickly/slowly we decide to cover each/most characters in the anime Week of 07/17/2021 - Topic: Discussing the quirk system - this is mainly about the quirks that already exist in the anime as well as quirks that learners would like to see/come up with. Week of 07/24/2021 - Topic: Discussing aspects of the story and overall plot as well as any sub-plots based on specific characters. Week of 07/31/2021 - Topic: A week to have more fun by sharing art work, quizzies and stories relating to MHA. I hope to see you in class soon and please message me if you have any questions/concerns!

I have been watching anime and reading manga since my childhood. However, I also like to delve deeper into each episode/chapter, looking particularly at character development and plot progression. This is also helped by my formal expertise in literature. I am also up to date with the anime of MHA.
