Step-by-step guidance on the art of exciting memoir writing based on real-life experiences of the student and developing the ability to paint a picture through word-art.

Class experience

The students will learn how to journal on a regular basis. 
The students will learn how to expand their imagination by receiving a list of adjectives and actions words.
The students will learn the difference between abstract and concrete language. 
The students will learn how to receive constructive criticism to help their writing. 
The students will learn how to use vivid descriptions. 
The students will learn how to use the technology of Adobe Spark.
I have a Bachelor's in Spanish education and working on my master's degree in English Education. I have tutored many students for English and have taught English for over 10 years in private schools, for ESL students, and for my community. 
A notebook to journal ideas and write paragraphs. 
A Google account to share a Google Doc with the teacher (this is the way the teacher can correct and provide appropriate feedback to the student). 
A subscription to spark.adobe.com- this will be their final presentation where their narrative essay will be added to. This is a fun and interactive way for them to produce their work in a fun, colorful, and creative way. Students can add photos, music, and their own voice recording to this. 
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Students will need to subscribe to spark.adobe.com so that they can create their slideshow video. All the other resources will be provided on the classroom page or on the live class.
