Interview practice and preparation places the candidate above the competition! According to recent workforce studies, the better prepared you are to interview, the more likely you are to be a finalist or to be selected for an opportunity. During this one-time, workshop led by professional Recruiter and Career Coach, Ms. Tamika, learners will learn how to successfully respond to the most common (top 10) interview questions. These questions were complied from over 20 top-10 lists across a variety of potential employers /internships, college admissions officers, and scholarship interviewers. Although this workshop is a one-time session, you can re-register as much as you would like for extra practice.
Learning Goals
Students will learn, practice and receive professional coaching how to respond to the top 10 most common interview questions asked of candidates for jobs, internships, college admissions, scholarships and other typical interview formats.

A one-two page Interview Q&A handout will be provided (via Google Doc or PDF and link in dropped the chat) for students during the class.

Ms. Tamika has over 2 decades of combined, professional experience as an Educator, Human Resources Recruitment, Career Workshop Facilitator and Career Coach. Her education includes a B.S. Degree in Organizational Psychology, a Master of Science in Human Resources and a MSEd. in Family Studies. Additionally, The has experience designing curriculum and teaching courses in career-planning, student internships training, workforce leadership, entrepreneurship, social-enterprise, non-profit and after-school enrichment programming for non-profit, public and private school settings.
