Class Experience

Learners will explore 8 fascinating countries over 8 weeks, discovering each country's culture, geography, traditions, food, famous landmarks, and fun facts. They'll develop a sense of global curiosity and gain insights into what makes each place unique!

Geography & Location: Where is the country located? Major cities, landmarks, and natural wonders.
Cultural Highlights: Food, festivals, music, clothing, and everyday life.
Famous Landmarks: Iconic places that represent the country, such as the Eiffel Tower in France or the Great Wall of China.
Fun Facts & Surprises: Interesting or unexpected facts that make each country memorable.

Each class will follow a similar structure to keep learners engaged and help them feel comfortable with the format:

Warm-Up: Introduce the country with a fun fact or famous image.
Geography: Explore where the country is located on a map and discuss key geographical features.
Culture & Daily Life: Talk about traditional foods, celebrations, and cultural practices.
Landmarks & Attractions: Show slides or images of popular landmarks.
Fun Activity: Each class will include a mini-game, interactive quiz, or creative task (like a “travel passport” to fill out for each country).

I’ll use visual slides, images, and maps to bring each country to life. Engaging questions and discussions will keep students active, and short, fun games and quizzes will reinforce their learning. A variety of activities will keep them moving from one topic to another without losing focus.

I believe in interactive and student-centered learning. My classes focus on sparking curiosity and making each lesson feel like a journey. I use a friendly, relaxed approach, encouraging students to share their thoughts and ask questions. My goal is to make learning about the world a fun adventure!

Interaction will be done by:
Discussion: I’ll ask questions throughout the lesson to hear learners ideas and opinions.
Mini-Games and Quizzes: Fun games will keep learners engaged with the content.
Slides & Visuals: I’ll use visuals to guide the lesson, with opportunities to pause for learner input.
Q&A: At the end of each class, learners can ask any questions about the country we explored.

Learning Goals

Build Global Awareness: Learners will gain an understanding of diverse cultures, traditions, and lifestyles from around the world, developing a sense of curiosity and respect for different places and people.
Geography Skills: Learners will locate each featured country on a map, identifying its neighboring countries, major cities, and geographical features.
