Please note that this class will only go ahead if there are 5 learners or more enrolled. In this class, we will develop our thinking, reasoning and discussion skills! It will be an opportunity for the children to share their, ideas develop their vocabulary and ask questions. Learners will be presented with a question and a picture. The question will be in the style of 'Would you rather..' or 'Which is the odd one out?' there are no right or wrong answers, just reasoning and an individual's opinion and the opportunity to share. We will then move on to a picture e.g., a chicken floating out to sea, or a lost Teddy. We will develop our thinking skills by creating our own questions. Once we have prompted our thinking processes by asking questions we will create our own stories and scenarios about the pictures and use our questions as prompts to support them. Each individual will have the opportunity to share if they wish. I will change the topics each week and update learners if I choose to reuse any photos/pictures and questions. If you have any questions please message me, or if you don't see a time appropriate let me know and I will do my best to accommodate!

Hello Everyone!
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my classroom! My name is Jennie and I am a Primark school teacher in the UK. I have been teaching for 13 years across the Primary age phase (3-11years). I have almost completed my most recent training to become a specialist dyslexia teacher, I have learnt so much and can't wait to apply my new knowledge to my classes.
I specialise in Phonics teaching, early reading and spelling skills and enjoy using a multisensory approach to support my learners! It is important to me, that learners feel happy and confident in my classes and feel valued as these are vital foundations for their learning journey!
I am a bubbly and enthusiastic teacher, who loves teaching and meeting new learners, watching them thrive and grow! If you have any further questions, class suggestions or times you would like. Please message me and I will try my best to schedule sessions to your needs.
