Let's Talk About Turtles!

In this one time class, the children will learn all about turtles.  There will be one of many opportunities for the children to socialize and practice turn taking throughout the class.  I will use a video with real pivtures to show the life cycle of turtles and some different species of turtles.  A turtles diet varies depending on whether they are pets, wild, or sea turtles. So we will discuss what turtles eat, their cousins, and any predators they may have.  My pet turtle, "squirt" will make a guest appearance in class and I will share her favorite things to eat adn do.  The learners will also have a chance to draw their own turtles while following along with me.  I can't wait to meet you in class!
