Class Experience

We will play Princess themed bingo while talking about our princesses. The kids are welcome to dress as their favorite princess (not required). We may play fun alternate ways of getting bingo, such as 4 Corners, Center Square, and Bottom Row. Princess Bingo is a fun way to grab the attention of students while fostering positive socialization among players. When we play bingo, we are encouraging healthy competition, boosting cognitive function, and improving memory. The kids will be encouraged to interact with one another to build social skills during the game as well. No prior subject knowledge or experience is required. Let’s play bingo!

Other Details

Parental Guidance
The nature of some games is that there will be winners and losers. Some children (and adults for that matter) have a hard time losing. Rather than a game of skill, Bingo is a game of pure chance, much like Candyland. The player has no control over the outcome of the game. No one likes to lose, but we all do at some point. Playing games can be fun and exciting, but they also help develop and build needed social skills, losing gracefully is one of the big ones. If you feel your child is able to enjoy playing Bingo for fun, even when losing, I would love to have them join our game!
Supply List
The student will be sent an attachment with their Princess bingo card. Each child will get one numbered Princess bingo card that they will need to reuse during the game. You may print the card on a printer, save it to a second device and use the mark-up pen tool, or draw the grid/write the names on paper. You will need to register for the class at least 30 minutes prior to start time in order for me to send you your bingo card and for you to have time to print/draw/save it to a device. You may use any items you have around the house for markers, but pieces of candy work great! Dress up as your favorite princess if that would add to your fun!
