Class Experience

In this ongoing 1:1 class, you get to play Among Us with me!!

Due to there just being the student and me playing, it'd only be two people in our party. That is very boring, so we will be playing with other people (strangers). The chat will not be free chat so people can't say whatever they want. "Quick chat" will be on which means people can only say what's offered.

Things to know:
- 45 minutes
- 3 to 15-year-olds
- Ongoing
- Request a time (or choose one that's offered)
- 1:1 class
- Among Us App only (not website)

So far, there aren't any rules for this class, but more may be made as the class continues.

Parental Guidance
Children are required to be signed in under any sort of account on Among Us in order to play. Among Us is a game that includes killing other players and being sneaky. That is the role of an imposter. Please know that when someone kills another person as an imposter, there are multiple ways for that person to kill such as being shot with a gun, stabbing someone in the back with a knife, twisting their head off their bodies, and being "stabbed" with the imposter's tongue. If your child is mentally under the age of 12, I suggest you go to this link to double-check the point and goals in Among Us to make sure you are aware of the game your child is playing as it can teach bad traits. The point of the game for the imposter is to kill off everyone while being sneaky and lying about it while the others try to finish their tasks and stay alive. https://www.commonsensemedia.org/game-reviews/among-us

❤️ Every month, I go through all students' game tags I have and keep the ones I currently have in a class.

My name is Cassie. I host a variety of Minecraft classes.

A bit about myself: I have a bachelor's degree in English and Literature (May, 2023). I also have a 150-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate. I have the most experience teaching children, 4 to 11 years old, how to draw, play Minecraft, and learn American Sign Language (ASL).

I love Minecraft. I started playing Minecraft since I was a child. It has been a part of my life for roughly 10 years now. I think Minecraft is a wonderful addition to life as you get to relax, but also challenge yourself if you'd like. It's a wonderful game to develop skills such as patience, survival instincts, teamwork, and creativity.

Interesting facts about me: I'm 21 years old. I'm the eldest of two siblings of which one of them, and my mother, work on this platform. I have a cat named Leo who is a rescue cat with Feline leukemia (FeLV). I was homeschooled from 12-15 years old (at least 5 years before the pandemic happened). I started college at 16. My interests (for careers) consist of piloting (only 15/16 flight hours so far - currently not flying), cybersecurity, and UX Design.
