We will create Holly (or whatever you name yours), the Christmas Gift Dragon. She loves napping in boxes, so we will sculpt her in a gift box! Winter- Holiday- Christmas Polymer Clay Art Sculpting

Class experience

This class is taught in English.
Sculpting Medium (any brand/type you prefer. I like to use Sculpey III Polymer Clay). *A little clay goes a LONG way in miniature sculpting!
Basic Sculpting tools, toothpick, smoothing tool, dotting tool (for eye sockets)
A cutting tool (clay knife, anything that you are comfortable with using)
A non stick surface to work on (You can cover a piece of cardboard with parchment paper and tape it to the bottom…that works)
A small rolling pin
A wooden toothpick or small piece of sculpting/jewelry wire
Aluminum Foil for gift box (2 6”x6” cut pieces)
Variety of colors of clay (whatever colors you want for your sculptures)

**Polymer clay requires baking according to the package direction. (Generally ~275 °F, depending on your brand of clay). You will bake after class. Parental help is necessary.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Creating the gift box takes time and patience, this project is not meant for beginners.
