Welcome to Let's Create Middle School Art. Students will create a new project each week using the elements of art and principles of design as the backbone. In middle school art, projects will both serve as a review and reinforcement of the ideas of the elements and principles found in elementary art. Students will learn about the elements of art and principles of design. Students will learn how to use different art materials. Students will gain confidence in their artistic ability. Students will learn creative problem solving.
General Supply List: Drawing paper Watercolor or Multi Media paper Pencil and Eraser Colored Pencils Fine Tip Sharpie marker Watercolor paint Acrylic paint assorted brushes - small, round, and wide tip in multiple sizes oil pastels ***Art supplies will rotate weekly. Every week, a message will be sent about what supplies are needed.
