What fun why to start class then by meeting my goats and seeing how I gather milk from them! During this class we will learn about goats and goat milk while learning how to make lotion. While taking the students through the process of making the lotion, we will be using a scale for measurement. As well as talking about decimals. The students will be able to see hands on how real life and Math skills come hand and hand. Class Agenda * Welcome * Meet the goats * Prepare ingredients * Follow directions * Make lotion * Store Lotion * Dismissal

A heat source is needed like a stove and parent guidance may be needed.
Supply List
Shea butter, sweet almond oil and coconut oil Distilled Water Goat’s milk Emulsifying wax (grab it on Amazon) Essential oil or fragrance oil…doesn’t matter what kind Bowls, spoons, a sauce pan to heat the oils and a heat source, a mixer and then containers to put the lotion in when we’re done(I use mason jars, but there are lots of options)
