In this class, your learner will learn how to complete multi-digit addition problems using regrouping, number lines, and by breaking apart numbers by place value. I like to teach using the I do, we do, you do style. I will work through examples. We will go through examples as a group, and then learners will complete problems independently where I will be available for assistance. During the we do and you do parts, your learner will have plenty of time to speak with other students if they choose to do so. Your learner will need a pencil and paper for this class.
