Hot chocolate bombs are chocolate spheres filled with hot chocolate powder, marshmallows and any other treat you desire! Using guided instructions, students will learn how to make these hot chocolate bombs in a fun and interactive way.

Class experience

Students will learn how to assemble, fill and decorate their own hot chocolate bombs.
Chocolate Bombs:
- Chocolate (I will be using chocolate chips but any preferred chocolate can be used. Approximately 1 cup of chocolate to make 2 full
  chocolate bombs)
- Sphere molds (silicone)

Filling and Decoration:
- Hot Chocolate Powder (1 tbsp/chocolate bomb)
- Marshmallows (handful/chocolate bomb)
- Sprinkles or preferred toppings (peppermint, crushed oreo, anything to decorate the outside)
- Piping bag or zip-lock bag (for drizzling - not required, only if would like to drizzle)
- Scissors (to cut hole in piping/zip-lock bad for drizzle)

Other:
- Microwave-safe bowl (to melt chocolate)
- Microwave-safe plate (chocolate spheres will be placed on a warm plate to level the edges)
- Spoon
- Access to a freezer (this will be where we let our chocolate bombs freeze and retain their sphere shape)
- Parchment paper - to place hot chocolate bombs
- Paper Towel / Napkin
Students will be using a microwave - can guide / help them if needed.
