Halloween Mad Libs - A Frightfully Fun Way to Practice Grammar
In this one time class we will begin with a Halloween themed lesson on nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs. After we complete the lesson, students will work together as a class to create spooky mad libs.

Nouns, adjectives, verbs, and adverbs are important parts of speech that students need to master to become strong readers and writers. This class combines grammar and games to create a unique, engaging, and meaningful lesson that is designed to help students retain the information being taught. Our class will begin with an interactive lesson on nouns, adjectives, verbs, and adverbs. Once students have a strong understanding of these parts of speech, we will move on to Mad Libs and the students will work together to create as many "whacky" stories as we can!

Supply List
Students will be voting in the beginning part of our class. They can either use a white board and marker to show their answers or use a piece of paper and pencil.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

I pride myself on helping students feel safe, confident, and secure in themselves.
