In this 1 time class, students will be introduced to writing a sentence with interactive components throughout the ENTIRE lesson. They'll use Nearpod, play quick learning games, and share their sentences. Message for a specific time!

Class Experience
I am a licensed special education teacher in the state of Indiana and my passion is Language Arts!
Paper, pencil, iPad, or an additional device. (Cannot be a phone because the screen will be too small)
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
45 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
Students will be asked to join my Nearpod class. An account is not required! Instead, I will provide a link in the Zoom chat and Outschool class comment. After they click on the link, they will type their first name and be able to join the lesson! You are also able to download the Nearpod app. The student will put in the code I provide in the chat. We will use Nearpod for the entire lesson. It will have the slides I will teach from and it will become an interactive platform for your child to participate. It's helpful to have two screens up on your laptop/computer. One for our Zoom class and one with Nearpod. If you do not have an additional device, I have plenty of workarounds!
