Parental Guidance
Please be aware that this class requires an adequate space for movement and the ability to be barefoot is encouraged as socks can make certain movements slippery. Also, please ensure students are well hydrated and dressed in loose fitted clothing with long hair tied back if possible in order to be able to execute the movements to the best of their abilities.
Injuries in Tae Kwon Do are rare but can happen. We will make sure to stretch and warm up before learning our movements however, if any student at any time feels they need more of a stretch I will be happy to incorporate more stretches to ensure no pulled muscles occur.
