Students will learn all about Earth's geography through instructor-led discussion and visual aids of maps and globes. They will study the seven continents and their topographical and zoological features, the five oceans, major countries, major cities throughout the world, and historic landmarks; they will also learn about directions (North, South, East, West) and climate. They will also learn about the North and South poles and the equator, and how the Earth's placement in relation to the sun...
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
